This is a wonderful Parlor Size Mahogany Chippendale Style Armchair. It is made of solid mahogany and has a very nice needlepoint seat. Its size and posture are able to create a wonderfully classic Chippendale statement for any living room, den, or bedroom. Its frame is strong and sturdy and the seat is firm. I would estimate that it is from the 1940s.
